The displaying of products and/or prices on this Site constitutes an invitation to treat only. No contract shall come into existence until we accept your order, and we reserve the right to accept or reject any order in our absolute discretion. Any acceptance will be subject to these terms and conditions, to the entire exclusion of any others you may seek to impose. We reserve the right to change and/or withdraw any product displayed on this Site without notice at any time before your order is accepted.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
Products and prices displayed on this Site are subject to change and availability. Every effort has been made to reflect products as accurately as possible, but they may vary from the pictures and descriptions displayed.
PRICING INFORMATION
The prices displayed on this Site are quoted in Australian Dollars. The prices include GST at 10%, and are subject to change if the applicable rate of GST changes before your order is accepted. Prices are quoted exclusive of postage and packing, which will be charged at the rates specified below.
DELIVERY
Due to weight and destination variations, freight charges given are approximate. Generally, orders over $ 200 will be freight free within Australia. If under $ 200 and it is possible to reduce the freight charge we will. If a freight charge is to be increased from that shown on the order confirmation, we will seek your approval prior to processing your order. if you would prefer us to use your own specified courier, please advise us by email or phone us.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns Policy
We will offer a refund or exchange on an unused, undamaged item within 14 days of dispatch. The date your items were dispatched by us will be detailed in the documentation that arrives with your order. If you return an item that the company agrees is faulty, we will include with your refund the postage that you were charged when purchasing the item, and the postage you paid when returning the item to us by registered post (this does not affect your statutory rights). If you are returning an item you believe to be faulty more than 14 days after it was dispatched to you, please call us on 0411 337 262 before returning the item to discuss the perceived fault and the procedure to follow.
If you are returning an item because it is unsuitable, we will only refund the cost of the returned item, and you will be liable for the postage you paid when returning the item to us. Refunds will be made to the card used to purchase the items.
If the products you have purchased have cutting problems of the products, send them back to us and they will be checked by us and if it is our problem, we will replace.
Returns Procedure
If you wish to return any items to Diamondworks please;
Wrap your item/s safely and securely to avoid damage in transit back
to Diamondworks Include your details within your return package.

We recommend you send it by registered post or courier, (please note Diamondworks will be unable to refund items you were returning but were lost in the post)
